Nowadays, if the mind of most people is disturbed by something then it is social media addiction or digital gadgets like phone, laptop etc. These not only harm the brain but also our health and mental clarity And because of this we also become victims of prostitution.

Digital detox is such a self improvement step that makes you more productive, focused and happy.

Phone free morning routine-

As soon as I wake up in the morning, I have to spend 1 hour without my phone. Instead of this you should follow your morning routine and go for a daily morning walk or do exercise which will make your whole day good and you will feel fresh.

Use app reminder-

Set usage time or reminder on all the social media platforms you use like YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, With this, you will be able to manage your time and you will also be able to reduce your addiction

One day without screen-

You can consider one day in a week without screens, i.e. Sunday as a screen-free day, this will help you in improving your routine. When you try to do something new, like spending Sunday without screen time, you will get extra motivation

You only have to keep the essential apps active and along with that you have to either delete all the distracting apps or turn off their notifications.
